Fair

Today was the annual Up Your Alley street fair in SOMA.   Mike and I wandered around a bit looking at the booths and other attendees, had a horrible lunch from one of the food vendors and then left the fair for our trip home…making a required stop at Mr. S.  Now it’s time for some relaxation before another hectic week begins.

To say it is a joyous time here in San Francisco is a bit of an understatement.

Civic Duty

So, I get to do one of my civic duties on Monday…jury duty!  I only hope that I am found to be an unacceptabel juror quickly.  This simply is not a good time for me to be out of the office.  Way too many things going on.  Of course, that is pretty much the norm.  Can’t think of when it would be good for me too get called to a long trial!

Battleground

As expected, the recent court victory over same-sex marriage is not the final story.  I just can’t understand how people who supposedly are all about the love of God and Jesus can be so filled with hate.  Obviously, they do not practice what they preach.
